All Occasions Engraving products are guaranteed free of defects. If a defect is found, please return the item immediately for replacement or a full refund.

Delivery

We usually deliver within 10 days. We will make every effort to deliver your items by your request delivery date. If there appears to be a problem with doing so, one of our representatives will contact you.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and honor your relationship with us. No customer information is given to third parties. New products and product alerts may occasionally be delivered via print and email (if you'd rather we didn't, just let us know and we'll make sure you are removed from the list.

Returns:

Due to the customized nature of the engraved items we can not accept returns unless there is an error on our part. Un-engraved items are returnable less a 15% restocking fee.
